Dominick Ponzio is a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who built his practice because he was tired of watching people burn themselves out, restrict themselves into misery, and ultimately giving up, convinced fitness just "wasn't for them."
It is for them. We're just not born with an instruction manual on how to be a human. And life sometimes can make it very hard to make changes.
Bear It is about finding and developing your strength from within to bear life's difficulties. Becoming the strongest version of yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually to overcome the things that have held you back forever.
The most stubborn fitness problems aren't about exercise. They're about behavior, identity, and the psychological patterns beneath the surface.
Dominick's clients consistently report the same surprise: "I thought he was going to fix my body. He rewired how I think about food, energy, and myself."
That mind-body connection isn't a side benefit, it's the foundation. Every client gets a deeply personalized approach that addresses their unique anatomy, lifestyle, schedule, and the mental blocks that have held them back.
To be a completely different person walking through this world, you need an operational shift in systems and identity. Many of the things tripping you up go unaddressed or completely ignored. By taking an integrative fitness approach to look at your entire being, you can reinvent and transform yourself for life.
